Somet, an organic chemical company is located in Monaco’s industrial area close to the Nice Airport. 

• 1967 Founded by Mr Epuran from MARSAN Laboratories
• 2006 Overtaken by Dr Etienne Bouley who has wide experience in the management of research and development programs in the fine chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors

On a surface of 1700 m2 including

• a manufacturing workshop with 11 glass lined (GL) and stainless steel (SS) vessels,
• pilot unit with 3 GL and SS reactors of 100 l each for chemical development,
• 2 Research & Development and Quality Control Laboratories

Somet offers a total production volume of 5 m3.

Somet can supply you mainly with niche generics and APIs manufactured under Afssaps certification (certificate of GMP compliance of a manufacturer) with a total capacity of 6 tons per year. For some of its products, Somet has EDMF (European Drug Master File) available.

Somet has a staff of 12 people,  including 2 PhDs and 3 Masters of Science. We perform all development and manufacturing activities in full compliance  with quality and environmental regulations.
